     I’m Desiree Hope, born and raised in Craig and proud to be a Yampa Valley local for

nearly three decades. I’ve been in banking and lending for 10 years, with experience

spanning personal banking, consumer lending, financial literacy, consumer 

mortgage, and agriculture and commercial lending. My background also includes 

multiple FINRA securities and state insurance licenses, giving me a deeper understanding 

of how mortgages fit into a broader financial picture.

      I’m naturally analytical and enjoy understanding markets, trends, and the numbers

behind the decision. The math matters, but for my clients and I, it’s not just numbers

on paper. It has to feel right to be right, too. Together, we build a plan, ask the hard

questions, and refine it until it makes sense for today and for the long term.

I work with first-time homebuyers, down payment assistance, FHA, conventional,

USDA, VA, and investment properties, including purchases, refinances, and home

equity loans and lines of credit. I’m backed by a team with decades of experience,

which means strong support and thoughtful problem solving when a loan becomes

complex and a partner you can rely on well beyond closing day. 

    I’m licensed in Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska, and I enjoy helping clients feel

informed, prepared, and confident as their goals evolve.

Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors whenever I can. Fishing and hiking in the

summer, snowshoeing in the winter, and exploring Wyoming when the weather is

forgiving. Time with my family keeps me grounded and reminds me why I love what I do.
